Delicious Roasted Bone Marrow


Instructions:


• To remove excess blood from the marrow, soak the bones in cold salted water for at 8-12 hours.

• Preheat oven to 220°C

• Generously season the marrow with salt. Roast for 20 minutes until the marrow has separated from the bone and has caramelized on top.

• Top off with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice and parsley.
